Letter from Bay Health Foundation

To Whom It May Concern

This letter is to acknowledge the contribution that United Travel at 11th Avenue has made to the Bay Health Foundation over the course of the past two years.

At a time when we were looking for suitable rental premises Catherine Membery, Director of United Travel (formerly Stars Travel), approached us and offered free space in their building. As if that were not enough, over a period of time, their generosity extended to include power and unrestricted share of all facilities. This amazing gift has been tested many times as our casual visitors, presuming we are a large organisation, treat United Travel staff as if they were our receptionists. Their courtesy, patience and respect have never wavered for one second and indeed they go out of their way to relay messages and to act as if they were part of our Foundation.

With a room facing their main operations area, I am constantly an unwitting observer of all the staff as they conduct their day to day business. It is therefore without hesitation that I say: I am impressed with their ability to develop valuable personal relationships with all their clients while remaining totally professional.
